Executive Director, Center for Career and Life Planning

Rollins College seeks an energetic, visionary leader as the next Executive Director of the Center for Career and Life Planning.

Located in Winter Park, Florida, near Orlando, Rollins is consistently ranked as one of the top regional universities in the South by U.S. News & World Report. Located at the center of campus and at the heart of the student experience, the newly-renovated Kathleen W. Rollins Hall is the epicenter of Rollins Gateway and brings together 10 curricular and co-curricular programs in an environment that encourages interdisciplinary collaboration: Center for Career and Life Planning, Office of External and Competitive Scholarship Advisement, Office of Business Advising, Student Media, Center for Leadership and Community Engagement, Social Impact Hub, Department of Social Entrepreneurship, Sustainability Program, Center for Global Initiatives, Office of International Programs, and the Office of International Student and Scholar Services.

The Executive Director of the Center for Career and Life Planning will lead a team of seven professionals, five graduate assistants, and student staff members in providing a comprehensive and contemporary career center, serving students throughout their undergraduate, graduate, and post­graduate years. Encompassing Career Development, Experiential Learning, Internship Advising, Student Employment, Employer & Alumni Connections, Career Explorations, and Career Advising, the Center for Career & Life Planning (CCLP) is poised to innovate and transform the ways in which career and life planning services, programs, and resources are delivered, further advancing the Rollins mission to “educate students for global citizenship and responsible leadership” as they go into the world prepared to “pursue meaningful lives and productive careers.”

Reporting to the Dean of Rollins Gateway, the Executive Director will provide visionary, innovative, and strategic leadership of CCLP in creating a proactive and forward-thinking resource for students, alumni, faculty, and staff that prepares Rollins students for purpose driven lives and meaningful careers.  For additional details, visit the full position profile:
