  • Seasonal Readers must participate in mandatory, online reader training (dates to be determined) and be ready to review applications no later than early December. Some Seasonal Readers may be asked to start in late October.

  • Maintain steady and frequent communication with the Admissions office, and be receptive to guidance and feedback from senior readers.

  • Read at a pace that allows for the completion of a weekly target number of applications between December and mid-March, with a short break during the holiday period. The number of hours required and the number of files to be read may vary slightly depending on the month, with December through February experiencing the highest volume.
