General Statement of Job

Processes all types of admissions application and prospect forms, including application fees, and maintains accurate admission files on each applicant. Transcript evaluations and reports management.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

Coordinate mailing of student acceptance packets.

Submits deposits to the Bursar.

Processes imports of new prospects and leads into the Salesforce CRM.

Downloads and processes Common App student applications

Updates and manages recruiter territories in CRM.

Responsible for building/modifying admissions reports as needed.

Routinely reviews application data for missing documents required to complete the application process.

Oversees banner document management for newly admitted students. Places and monitors admissions holds on student accounts.

Verifies data transfer in Axiom between TargetX and Banner

Official back up when Admissions Systems and Data Coordinator is absent

Assisting other campus departments with student admission and enrollment issues

Prepares all of the Yours to Lose application Files

Assists with the Yours to Lose (interview invites, acceptance letters)

Processes all applications and evaluates transcripts.

Performs all duties timely with a customer service-oriented attitude.

Education, Experience, and Licenses

High School diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher preferred (or with equivalent amount of completed college credits). Minimum 6-12 months experience working in a fast paced, detail - oriented position required, with strong technical background and or ability to learn quickly. Knowledge of Salesforce/TargetX strongly preferred.

One to two years related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to manage time and projects to ensure that everything is completed as required.
  • Must pay close attention to details and accurately execute tasks.
