Circulation Technician


Location: Moscow

Division/College: College of Law

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour or higher depending on education and experience

FTE: 1

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Position Summary:
The primary purpose of the Law Library Circulation Technician is to assist in the daily operations and management of Law Library Circulation team including the supervisor of student desk workers.



Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.



  • Experience working in a library.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, email software and centralized computer information systems.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience providing library services in an academic environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing a library circulation desk.
  • Experience working in a library.





Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
  • Some lifting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to lift, carry and/or otherwise move 50 pounds.
  • Ability to works nights and weekends and adapt scheduling.
