Job Description
Initiate daily bank draws between campus depository bank accounts and the University’s concentration bank account
Initiate wire transfers requests using voucher detail sent through workflow
- US dollar wires sent to foreign countries
- Wire transfers sent in foreign currencies
Approve money market purchase and sale transactions
Backup responsibilities for responding to banking transaction questions from campus departments
Backup responsibilities for credit card merchant services program
Other duties as assigned
Salary
$13.67 – 18.77 per hour
Shift
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under deadlines
Basic knowledge of banking
Experience with PeopleSoft and online systems
Experience with Microsoft Excel
