Position Summary:
The Executive Director of Financial Aid is the chief administrator responsible for planning, developing, administration and delivery of all student aid programs, including analyzing and forecasting how funds are utilized. The Executive Director provides leadership, strategic direction and coordination to make certain the College remains compliant with Federal and State regulations and in coordination with the College's strategic goals. The Executive Director also provides leadership and direction to Financial Aid staff and provides subject-matter expertise within the department and across the College to maintain compliance and assure maximum funding and continued participation in all student financial assistance programs. The position requires positive, ongoing engagement with a number of constituencies including internal departments of the College, external groups and various regulatory agencies.
