Our Senior Desktop Support Analysts are creative technical problem solvers with a passion for exceeding expectation. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative technical team focused on advancing desktop support to the next level through systems and process automation.
We seek Senior Desktop Support Analysts who can deliver expert level desktop support/administration for end user devices in a complex enterprise environment, have strong technical knowledge, exceptional customer service aptitude, and outstanding attention to detail. The Analyst will work with a highly skilled support team responsible for providing advanced end user device technical support, including applications administration, in support of university business units, computing sites, and classrooms.

- Perform operating system and application package upgrades, installations, and reconfiguration in support of development and production services
- Identify opportunities for process, systems, and application improvements
- Work as a member of a team in Windows and MacOS environments providing technical support for client workstations and related technology devices
- Provide expert technical knowledge and advice, including installation, testing, and evaluation of new software, monitoring, and support of systems
- Recommend and implement appropriate changes to increase system security

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience or a combination of education and experience will be considered
- Experience diagnosing problems and performing maintenance on personal computers, notebook computers, wireless devices, application software, operating systems, and related instructional devices
- Experience with light touch or no touch Windows and MacOS deployments
- Scripting experience with Windows PowerShell, Python, or any other shell scripting
- Experience with Network troubleshooting and Information Security related to endpoint devices
- Experience with Virtual Desktop technology
- Familiarity with Windows Server including print management and task scheduling
- Experience with SCCM, JAMF, Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience supporting SaaS in an enterprise environment
