This is a full-time, regular (tenure-track) faculty position in the school of Professional and Continuing Education at The Evergreen State College starting in 2023-24 academic year.
The Evergreen State College seeks a faculty member with broad training and experience in business and marketing who is interested in teaching business and marketing programs and courses in the college’s new school of Professional and Continuing Education. The successful candidate also will help refine the school of Professional and Continuing Education business curriculum as it expands over the next several academic years. We seek highly collaborative colleagues who are interested in creative, student-centered curriculum planning.
The successful candidate for this position will teach business at the undergraduate level and incorporate material from business subfields including management, organizational behavior, business ethics, marketing, finance and sustainability, among others. The successful candidate will also teach in one or more of the following areas: Marketing principles and management, Marketing data/analytics, Marketing strategy, Marketing research, Consumer marketing, Services marketing, or Digital marketing. Applicants with a background in a variety of marketing subfields are encouraged to apply.
