Salary: $13.20 per hour

The College is looking for exceptional colleagues to join the MVCC community. We are currently seeking a part-time Photography Lab & Studio Technician in our School of Art. The Photography Lab & Studio Technician pr ovides assistance for both students and faculty in the Photo Lab and Photo Studio, while keeping these spaces clean and organized.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Prepares, maintain, and distributes supplies, photography equipment, and chemistry for lab use and class demonstrations for students and facult;
- Ensures that all students using the open lab adhere to all rules of the Photo Lab and Studio;
- Notifies supervisor of any inventory needs or necessary repairs;
- Maintains a proper learning environment for both the Black & White Darkroom and Mac Lab.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- Experience with studio lighting, black and white wet lab printing, and digital ink jet printing.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Premiere
