Summary

The Center for Corporate Education (CCE) invites applicants to apply for the role of Operations Manager. The CCE designs and delivers open enrollment programs, custom programs and related talent management and development services for members of the business community.

The CCE Operations Manager is responsible for logistics and administrative support necessary to successfully arrange and deliver CCE programs and services. This 30 hour per week benefited position provides administrative services to support the Center’s wide range of initiatives. Our ideal candidate is a team-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable individual with an exceptional eye for detail and a deep customer service orientation. In addition, an ideal candidate will possess strong procedural and administrative skills, an interest in process improvement, and the ability to effectively manage a variety of simultaneous demands.

This 30 hour per week position is a full-time benefited position and considered a 75% full-time equivalent role. This position requires on-site oversight of in-person programs, and a flexible work arrangement outside of in-person program days or program preparation.

Duties & Responsibilities

General Operations
  • AR/AP: Organize and complete monthly reconciliation reports (i.e., credit card statements, parking)
  • Invoice clients and manage vendor payments
  • Maintain databases for WIOA, Six Sigma, PMP, and Credly (as applicable)
  • Monitor social media content and Corporate Education email responding as necessary
  • Oversee and maintain the CCE room reservation calendar
  • Track inventory and order supplies (as applicable)
  • Answer customer inquiries
Programing
  • This position will provide logistics support for open enrollment and custom programs.
  • Project manage OEP courses (set timelines and assign roles)
  • Support OEP courses (CEU management, manage participant/facilitator logistics)
  • Create and manage facilitator contracts
  • CMS: Manage communication flow for OEP courses; generate attendee reports
  • LMS: Set-up or clone courses in Learnworlds; edit/update content
  • Manage and update Center website
  • Live Courses: Prepare and print learning material; order supplies; manage room set-up and day-of logistics; order/organize catering
  • Virtual Courses: Assists with running zoom meetings, troubleshooting participant and facilitator needs
CERT (Controller’s Executive RoundTable)
  • This position will provide project management support for CERT, which includes 4, in-person meetings, 4 Steering Committee meetings, and 1-2 networking events annually.
  • CRM management
  • LMS support of CERT programs
  • Event management and communication
  • Membership fee management
  • Manage NASBA regulations and standards for CPE units
  • Manage and update CERT website
Minimum Hiring Standards
  • Experience with both customer management systems and learning management systems
  • High level of detail
  • Event planning and event management experience
  • Fiscal reporting and management experience
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint)

Preferred Hiring Standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience
Salary Range: $35,000-$41,000
