Summary
Do you have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills? The University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis (UHSP) is seeking a motivated Processing Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Admissions Office as well as provide frequent administrative support for the RegistrarÂ's Office, Office of Financial Aid, and Marketing. As the processing coordinator, you will focus on application processing, management of documents, corresponding updates to students/counselors, budget tracking, invoice/credit card processing, office inventory and other general office support as needed. This position reports to the Admissions Operations Manager.


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, consideration may be given to candidates with some college experience and substantial work experience in a related position.
  • At least two years of previous office experience; preferably in college admissions/student services
  • Demonstrated experience working with various computer systems such as a customer relationship management database, student information system, or budgeting software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Teams)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to proactively communicate with others and successfully work with college faculty and staff
  • Experience with budgets or financials preferred
