Professor of Psychology in Mental Health Disparities- Open Rank

The Department of Psychology invites applications for a Tenured or Tenure-Track Professor with an emphasis in mental health disparities or diversity science research. Applicants at all ranks, with backgrounds in Clinical Science and/or Developmental Psychology are encouraged to apply.

Qualified applicants will have an active scholarly research program focused on mental health and disparities for underserved populations. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research addresses one or more of the following: 1) reducing mental health disparities; 2) social determinants of mental health and/or substance abuse; 3) community facing/participatory work with expertise and experience in work that includes individuals from underrepresented communities; 4) the development, implementation and/or cultural adaptation of assessments and/or interventions for ethnoracial minorities.

The successful applicant will be expected to: generate a high quality research program with potential for external funding, supervise doctoral research, and teach at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
