Job Description:
The Enrollment Operations team at Champlain College has an opportunity for tech-savvy and organized Sr. Coordinator, Enrollment Operations. In this position, your mission will be to fully understand the configuration, routine processes, and data associated with TargetX/Salesforce, Colleague, and ImageNow. This role assists the Director of Operations in providing technical and data-related services, support, and training to all Admission team staff related to records management and data retention, reading online applications, and communications. The Sr. Coordinator, Enrollment Operations manages and builds templates, reports and quick merges for communication flows in TargetX/Salesforce and Conga.

 

You will proactively coordinate with the Director of Admissions on change of majors and deferrals in TargetX/Salesforce and Colleague. Creation and maintenance of daily reports to notify various departments of Admission updates is a key duty as well. This role serve as primary point of contact for students, faculty and staff regarding portfolio submission and the usage of Slideroom. General operations duties such as answering phones, monitoring incoming email, processing applications, auditing of duplicate records, and paperwork as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of degree and experience
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions 
  • Analytical mindset 
  • Strong communication skills
