Medicine: Assistant Professor Clinical in The Ohio State University
(OSU), Department of Orthopaedics, Columbus, Ohio. Duties: clinical
teaching in Orthopaedics for residents, fellows, medical students,
undergraduate and graduate students, nursing staff, and other
allied medical professionals; patient care in orthopaedics with
focus on orthopaedic spine surgery, including diagnosis, surgery,
and pre and post surgery care; embark on a program of research,
including clinical research, submissions for grant funding, and
presentation and publication of research findings in conferences
and journals; ensure continuing education requirements are met;
participate in department, college, medical center and university
committees and other service activities. Work may be performed at
various OSU Medical Center facilities located in Columbus, Ohio.
(These are OSU facilities, not 3rd party sites.) Requirements: M.D.
or D.O. (foreign equivalent acceptable); 60 months of residency or
fellowship training in orthopaedic surgery, including at least 12
months of training in spine surgery (foreign medical training
acceptable); Ohio Medical License or eligible for licensure in
Ohio; active DEA certificate; requires successful completion of a
