Position Summary
This is a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track position, in the School of Business Administration. The primary responsibility of this position is to teach Entrepreneurship courses , with secondary responsibilities of mentorship of students within the Entrepreneurship program (and School of Business Administration), and by supervising undergraduate projects

Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. / D.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Management, Business Administration or a related field. Candidates who are ABD with promise of degree completion within one academic year will be considered
- Ability and interest in teaching in multiple areas of the business program
- Demonstrated teaching excellence
- Demonstrated record of scholarship
- A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities
- Ability to develop and teach a range of entrepreneurship and management courses including introductory entrepreneurship and small business, business innovation and creativity, management principles, and other courses based on expertise
- Work experience and demonstrated entrepreneurial knowledge in start-up organizations (for-profit and/or non-profit), business ownership, consulting activities, etc.
- Online teaching experience
- Ph.D./D.B.A. from an AACSB accredited business school
- Teaching at the undergraduate level with a standard teaching load of 24 credits per year of which three may be authorized for research release.
- Demonstrating a commitment to student success in the classroom, during office hours, through mentorship of students within the Entrepreneurship program (and School of Business Administration), and by supervising undergraduate projects
- Maintaining an active program of scholarship and disciplinary engagement
- Participating in departmental and College governance and professional service
- Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities
- Maintains knowledge and awareness of digital accessibility including the American with Disabilities Act and Section 508
- Produces and remediates digitally accessible materials in accordance with FLC standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
