The Digital Marketing and Engagement Manager will play an integral role in developing and executing the D'Amore-McKim School of Business digital marketing strategy to recruit and enroll graduate students that will become the business leaders that the times demand. This role will be responsible for creating engaging and effective interactive experiences on multiple digital platforms including the D'Amore-McKim graduate programs website, the Northeastern University graduate programs website, and the marketing automation system (Marketo.) The Manager will create, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including campaign optimization, analysis, and reporting. This position places an emphasis on data-informed design and lead generation, working collaboratively with the D'Amore-McKim Web Manager, an external web development agency, and the central marketing technology team to execute and continually improve digital strategies that support enrollment marketing and broader graduate programs goals.


A minimum of 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have fluency in strategy-based marketing and communications and marketing automation software. A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field with demonstrated success using a marketing automation tool to manage marketing campaigns. Flexible, creative thinker open to new ideas and changing priorities within a fast-paced organization. Willingness to continually enhance communication and drive innovation. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, colleagues, and peers. Curious, self-motivated, and collaborative.
