Position Summary:

As a Catholic, Marianist research University, we are a diverse community committed to educating the whole person and linking learning and scholarship with leadership and service. The division of Enrollment Management is focused on service excellence to recruit, enroll and graduate highly qualified students and improve access, affordability, diversity, inclusion and success. The responsibilities of the Communication & Fulfillment Outreach Coordinator aligns with our divisional and institutional goals by supporting our communication efforts with our prospective students and families.

Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Enrollment Strategies, the Communication & Fulfillment Outreach Coordinator takes a lead role in coordinating the inventory, tracking and deployment of print collateral and promotional pieces. The Communication & Fulfillment Outreach Coordinator assists and supports their departmental colleagues with the setup, reporting, fulfillment and tracking of highly customized print and digital communication campaigns. The Communication & Fulfillment Outreach Coordinator is also responsible for the hiring and supervising of student employees to support this work.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience with hourly positions.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience maintaining multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Working knowledge of Oracle SQL, HTML, Adobe InDesign, Cognos and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated proficiency in Admission Connect/Salesforce CRM software and/or Banner.

A federal court on December 7, 2021, issued a ruling that suspends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement that applies to federal contractors nationwide. With this development, the University will pause any enforcement action against employees who have not complied with the requirement to be fully vaccinated by Dec. 8, 2021 or to have requested an exemption to maintain their employment status.
