Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a part-time Coordinator of Professional Education in the School of Social Work.

The candidate would be expected to: coordinator the Professional Education Program; implement new workshop models in online delivery and off-campus formats; implement continuous assessment model in delivery of Professional Education Program; recruit and develop retention models for field supervisors through incentive programs, professional education and social networking media; develop social work alumni network in support of Field Program and targeted Professional Education recruiting.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Master's degree

Required Skills or Software:
Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2016, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2016, Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment

Required Years of Experience:

Other Requirements:
Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license-eligible in New Jersey.

High level of technology proficiency, including some experience with web design and social media. Excellent writing and communication skills across all media.

Serious commitment to developing genuine alumni relationships. Demonstrated commitment to social justice and human rights and excellence in Field and Professional Education.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge or experience in clinical social work. Experience in social work education.
