Strategic Initiatives Officer

 

Are you a leader who can focus on achieving immediate goals today that align to a long-term vision for tomorrow?

 

 

The University of Oklahoma seeks a Strategic Initiatives Officer to implement Key Performance Indicators and advance its strategic plan, Lead On, University. This position reports to the university President and serves all three university campuses. This role requires a leader who is a mix of diplomat, strategist, change manager, project manager, problem solver, and all-around visionary who can think fast and move faster. This job will be based primarily in Norman, Oklahoma, with an option for some work flexibility after 6-months of successful performance.

 

 

 

The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree and at least ten years of senior management experience in strategic planning, strategic consulting, project management, and/or change management.

 

 

 

Preferred qualifications include experience leading advanced process improvement and quality initiatives, including certifications in project management Power Bi, Lean Certification, or other strategic planning certification, and a master's degree from an accredited university.
