This part-time position will report to the director of the medical sciences program, and will be supported by the practicum specialist in the Office of Graduate Advising for ensuring compliance with MOUs, onboarding of sites, coordinating paperwork, etc.

There is an additional opportunity for the successful candidate to consult on the development of clinical practicum sites to enrich the college’s current relationships. This work would be compensated, and begin in fall 2022.

Competitive candidates will have a terminal degree in a relevant field, experience teaching a diverse student body, and significant experience in healthcare. Successful candidates will have a minimum of a master’s degree and experience teaching a diverse student body in the health sciences.

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Applications should include a cover letter, resume/CV, and names and contact details for 3 professional references. Official transcripts of graduate degrees will be required before hiring is complete. Application materials should be directed to the acting director of the Medical Sciences program, Dr. Shoshana Katzman ( skatzman@agnesscott.edu ) with the subject line “Application: PT faculty.”

Please note that it is college policy to only hire candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
