This position will provide a high level of administrative support
to the Chair of Radiation Oncology and relieve them of general and
routine matters, most often involving highly confidential and/or
sensitive materials and situations. This position will require
organizing, coordinating, and performing highly responsible

(OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE).
Coordinates annual faculty reviews with Chairman.
Assist faculty members with annual CME requirements and reporting
to ensure compliance with annual Missouri licensure requirements as
well as hospital requirements for licensing. May complete
unit/department-specific duties and expectations as outlined in
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other materials from rough
drafts or dictation and minutes. Compose letters involving routine
matters, acknowledgments, and other subjects. Assist with special
projects as assigned by the Chair. May act as the liaison between
the office and others, planning and preparing materials. Assist

Maintains a broad organization perception to effectively carry out
the internal and external relationships of the office. Serves as
the first point of contact to the front office and represents the
front office in positive and professional manager.
Salary Range: $17.43 - $32.21 Hourly
