Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Summary: The Digital/Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of marketing to include SEO, email marketing and website analytics. The position is also tasked with overseeing the functionality of the website, as well as, evaluation and management of website performance for enhanced user experiences.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoots website software and optimizes website pages to ensure optimal search engine rankings. Collaborates with the team on monitoring site performance in Google Analytics and leveraging KPIs and analysis to support testing and new website projects. Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface. Assist with all digital marketing needs.

2. Creates tracking links to monitor online traffic; create result reports; researches, retrieves, assembles and reviews data; performs preliminary analysis. Researches industry standards, trends, best practices and emerging technologies and makes recommendations for implementation. Analyzes and generates user reports and troubleshoots technical problems. Creates and supports email marketing projects.

3. Reviews and assists in resolving help desk tickets for web-related tasks. Identifies solutions for problems or bugs.

Other Functions:

1. Assist in overall business goals of Marketing and Website interactions.

Required Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience : 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Experience maximizing search engine optimization and reporting on web traffic and marketing activities, as well as compiling, sorting and articulating issues and recommendations for the development of web-specific policies and procedures. Understanding of the principles of good website design, user experience, and basic usability concepts. Good analytical and problem-solving skills and familiarity with WordPress.

Specific Skills: Ability to work cooperatively, independently, creatively and flexibly with an attention to detail. Strong project coordination skills and the ability to keep projects on track and team members updated on project progress.

Specific Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications: Hub Spot Certification, SEO Course Certification, Digital Marketing and Paid Search Certification helpful.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crawl or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Use of computer screen. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
