Summary
The University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis (UHSP) is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Recruitment to lead and manage the recruitment team and efforts in the Office of Admissions at the University for undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. As the associate director you will be responsible for building and executing a collaborative relationship to incorporate other University faculty/staff into the recruitment process; building training resources including sales strategies techniques, communications strategies, territory development and strategic outreach and deploying technology to improve efficiency; and assessing staff productivity and outcomes of recruitment strategies. In this role, you will ensure that new students will have a seamless transition from prospective student to enrollment through collaborating with other departments across campus to meet goals.


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A masters degree, or a bachelors degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in higher education or sales
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and meeting goals/outcomes, building a sales/recruitment territory, and correspondence outreach
  • Prior enrollment management experience (five years preferred) and sales experience (preferably college admissions)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Teams), Slate or other CRM systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
  • Ability and experience in supervision of employees
