Miles Community College is seeking a full-time Associate Dean of Instruction and eLearning.  The position is responsible for providing overarching leadership in curriculum design, quality development, delivery and assessment of courses, particularly in all eLearning delivery formats including fully online, hyflex, blended, and video conferencing.  The Associate Dean will assist the Vice President of Academic Affairs in the oversight of course scheduling and program scope and sequence. 

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in related field.  Experience with online instruction and curriculum development. Two-year or community college teaching experience preferred. Experience using a Learning Management System (i.e. Canvas, Black Board, etc.).  Proven skills in database management, Microsoft Office software, and communication to include written and verbal presentations, phone exchanges, and electronic correspondence.
