Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicant must be able, or, willing to learn to teach online instructions, hybrid courses, work in a cross-cultural environment, and build community partnerships to facilitate community learning and development and promote the program.
In addition to teaching, faculty expectations include productive scholarship leading to publications, regular developmental advising of students, project development, curriculum and program development, and university services. Faculty members are also expected to develop and facilitate courses in our graduate program core. The successful candidate must be able to guide and assist graduate students in research/seminar projects, consulting and training experiences, and practicums related to human resource development studies. Applications from candidates proficient in quantitative research methods are particularly encouraged.

Experience
Minimum of two (2) years graduate college teaching experience is required.
Education
Ed.D, Ph.D. or ABD (with evidence of completion by Spring 2023) in Human Resource Development or closely related area from an accredited institution.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Scholar in Human Resource Development whose research agenda and teaching interests include human resource development theory and practices and at least one of the following areas: quantitative research, leadership, training and development, instructional design, organizational development and change management, and organizational behavior.
