**Internal Posting**
Analyzes, creates and distributes requested reports using an in-house Client Relationship Management System (CRM). Produces merged data files, specified report formats and various data outputs. Acts as a resource throughout the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network for all training databases and tools throughout the SBDC Network, and performs records audits on SBDC centers for compliance.
- Produces, manages, and delivers required monthly, quarterly and annual reports to funding sponsors and to internal leadership from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system databases.
- Develops, tests and executes ad-hoc queries using department CRM database as needed for leadership.
- Reviews reports and records and activities to ensure progress is made toward specified program objectives.
- Serves as backup for data uploads to sponsor Management Information System (MIS).
- Performs record audits for compliance with sponsor/network requirements for both advising and training records for 13 SBDC centers.
- Advises on training databases and all training electronic tools to become a resource throughout the Network.
- Manages project tasks to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
- Assigns tasks and provides guidance to personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the project as needed throughout Network.
- Acts as a liaison with community partnering organizations, schedules meetings and activities with same as directed by Assistant. Region Director, Training.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Bachelors and 3 years experience
Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.Experience: Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience.Certification/Licensing: None.
