Responsibilities
To provide timely, high quality and cost effective copy and binding service in the print shop. Ensure the integrity of all work submitted to the Print Shop. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Consistently deliver all work on time.

Assist the warehouse in receiving, inputting and logging deliveries of incoming and out going packages for the cam us community.

1. Receive, expedite and produce high quality copy and binding jobs. Maintain good customer relations with faculty , staff and students .Provide expert finishing suggestions and price quotes. This requires operation of the following machines:
  • Production B/W copier
  • Production Color copier
  • Comb binding and coil binding machine
  • Baum Paper folder
  • Large electric paper cutter
2. Input charges from the print shop to the specified departments for billing. Submit these charges to the Business Office for inputting into Datatel.

3. Oversee and work with 2 or more student workers at a time. Maintain a D high level of communication with co- workers and superiors to insure professionalism.

4. Receive and log incoming packages to the warehouse so they are ready for Campus delivery. Receive and verify contents of packages ordered on P.0.'s.Verify identity of packages recipient. Secure and document all packages and shipments received within the warehouse.

5. Input information in Datatel to assist in maintaining warehouse stock and inventory levels. Prepare delivery slips for outgoing stock and verify account numbers in order to insure proper billing to the requesting department.

6. Prepare UPS and Fed Ex packages to be mailed out. Using specified vendor programs for delivery and pricing.

7. Other Duties as Assigned Assist Director of Central Service when called upon to help with billing, deliveries, and other administrative duties.

Experience and Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
REQUIRED: High School Diploma PREFERRED: AA or BA degree

Experience: (years required and applicable field of experience): Experience in duplicating, photocopying, and mail services preferred but not required.

Skills/Abilities: (e.g. computer skills, written & verbal skills, trades, laws, procedures, technical) Computer skills, strong communication and customer service skills Experienced using MS Word, Excel, and Datatel
