Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Night Maintenance,
perform general maintenance work in the operation and repair of
assigned equipment. Perform minor repairs and replacements to
heating, air conditioning, and/or ventilation equipment. Performs
miscellaneous repair and maintenance duties involving plumbing,
carpentry, and/or electrical duties to complete work
Education & Formal Training
High school diploma or equivalent, Formal training (specify)
Other Education & Formal Training
Formal HVAC training and/or related military experience may be
substituted for the required experience.
1. Six (6) months experience in HVAC service, operations, and/or
preventive maintenance in an industrial or commercial setting
2. Additional experience and skills in the maintenance of various
trades; plumbing, carpentry, or electrical preferred.

General knowledge of systems operations, steam, A/C, plumbing, and
