Program Service Assistant WS (Concessions and Events)

This position will be learning and working the Concessions area for
campus sporting events
This is a work study position, your work study eligibility will
be verified upon receipt of application.
Education and Experience: Must be a current Linn Benton
Community College student in good standing and have a high school
diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills:
All tasks must be done efficiently and
with enthusiasm. Willingness to learn, professional digital
communication, and positive attitude when trying to accomplish new
tasks from college looking for a growth opportunity. Must be able
to operate general office equipment, including computers for word

demonstrate the ability to understand and interpret staff
instructions in order to assist students and support staff.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work is performed in different environments depending on the
assignment. Must be able to operate a computer and/or other office
equipment and various other equipment dependent on the assignment.
The majority of the work is performed indoors with no exposure to
safety and health hazards.
Assisting customers. Cycle counting, inventory auditing, comparing
physical inventory against inventory needs, restocking, documenting
inventory discrepancies, and material handling. Assist with
marketing and social media marketing. Social networking with a
purpose-share value and get people to sign up. Other outreach via
social media/video conferencing. Attending and planning team
meetings. Other duties as assigned.
