Position Summary
The Office of Admissions seeks a qualified individual for the Admissions Functional Analyst position, supervised by the Director of Systems Services in Enrollment Management within the Office of Admissions. This position will support the maintenance and continual development of the Peoplesoft Campus Solutions modules for the Office of Admissions, as well as the integrations from the Admissions CRM (Technolutions Slate) into Peoplesoft.

Position Summary
The Office of Admissions seeks a qualified individual for the Admissions Functional Analyst position, supervised by the Director of Systems Services in Enrollment Management within the Office of Admissions. This position will support the maintenance and continual development of the Peoplesoft Campus Solutions modules for the Office of Admissions, as well as the integrations from the Admissions CRM (Technolutions Slate) into Peoplesoft.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support data integration between admissions-related systems.
- Serve as functional analyst for Peoplesoft admissions.
- Support the identification, planning, and implementation of configuration changes, custom development, and new features in Peoplesoft for the Office of Admissions.
- Maintain and develop automated communications out of Peoplesoft as needed for admissions processing.
- Train Admissions staff and others on Peoplesoft usage, including summarization of upgrades.
- Build and run regular data integrity checks across systems.
- Assist with daily processing/data integrity issue resolution.
- Work with other members of IT systems team on the transfer of data between systems into and out of Peoplesoft.
- Participation in Admissions and Enrollment Management events, which include evening and weekend events.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 or more years relevant professional experience.
- Experience collecting, managing, and troubleshooting data.
- Experience with project management, system upgrades, and testing.
- Basic knowledge of higher education, especially admissions.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse constituency.
- Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- 3 or more years of higher education experience with PeopleSoft student information systems.
- Knowledge of data management concepts.
- Experience with programming and visual tools such as Microsoft Office, SQL, project management.
- Experience with Technolutions Slate or comparable CRM .
