The Athletics Department at the University of Colorado Boulder
encourages applicants for the Athletics AV Technical Coordinator
position! The primary function of this position is coordinate,
setup and operate sound and video related equipment for Special
Events at the University of Colorado – Boulder Folsom Stadium and
surrounding premium spaces. This position supports all athletic
facilities by installing and operating audio and video equipment
specific to a given event. Significant expertise is needed along
with excellent communication and people skills as this position
will work with clients on AV needs and coordinate regularly with
the Folsom Events team and Athletic Operations team. This role will
also handle some building management duties like opening and
closing of facilities. This is an on-call position as schedules
will be based on the needs of the Athletics Department and event

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

What We Require
What You Will Need
- Two years of professional experience in the setup, operation
and maintenance of complex audio-visual equipment such as:
commercial grade sound systems, mixing consoles, audio recorders,
video projection, video playback, video switchers, and portable
sound systems where the experience has provided knowledge and
exposure to various audiovisual production techniques, methods
across a variety of live events.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac along with Microsoft
PowerPoint and video playback methods is also required.
- Appropriate education will substitute for the required
experience on a year-for-year basis.
