Psychologist/Psychotherapist-Diversity Specialist

The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth is seeking applicants for a Psychotherapist/Psychologist – Diversity Specialist
in the Counseling Center. The Psychotherapist/Psychologist – Diversity Specialist provides culturally-informed care,
including group and individual counseling and psychotherapy to students and provides psychoeducational workshops,
presentations and training programs. The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening clinical, outreach and training
experiences within the department and act as a liaison to other campus offices providing services to historically
marginalized, oppressed and underrepresented groups. Additionally, the incumbent will supervise, train and evaluate
trainees/interns. The incumbent will also consult with faculty, staff, administrators, parents, and outside medical and
mental health professionals and provide crisis intervention.

Determination of position-level (Psychologist or Psychotherapist) will be based upon applicant qualifications.
