Basic Qualifications
College background with at least two years' work experience in an office environment.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
B.A. preferred with 3 years related office experience. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills. Highly positive customer service attitude with ability to interact professionally with a variety of constituents. Ability to handle a high volume of complex tasks and projects within deadlines is essential. Ability to respond with flexibility to shifting priorities; must work independently and as a team player. Solid understanding of financial principles; proven experience working with financial issues; meticulous attention to detail. Strong computer skills required; knowledge of Harvard or FAS a plus.

Position Description
Provide comprehensive support for a wide range of complex administrative tasks in a busy office. Provide general information on admissions and financial aid policies and procedures to students, staff, departments. Respond to a variety of financial aid inquiries from students. Manage student records and files; update database information. Assist with production of reports on federal funds expenditures and reports to major fellowships institutions. Edit and update financial aid forms, publications, and other materials. Process applications, coordinate admissions process activities. Coordinate early arrival process. Maintain calendars and schedule meetings. May provide back-up as needed for other areas of admissions and financial aid; makes on-campus deliveries. Related job duties as required.
