Position Summary

An exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to senior leadership is available at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences .

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
  • maintain calendar and manage meeting requests;
  • prepare correspondence as requested;
  • make travel arrangements and assist with reimbursement requests;
  • assist in the planning of events for the Jacobs School;
  • coordinate committee meetings and provide administrative support;
  • act as backup reception for the Dean’s office.
