Temporary- Administrative Assistant (Pool)
To Assist the Vice President for Academic
Affairs with efficient operations of that department. May also be
deployed to assist other departments within Academic Affairs as
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with Vice President's
daily schedule. Processes mail. Performs general clerical duties.
Assists departments within Academic Affairs as needed. Other duties
A High School diploma or GED
equivalent. Experience in an office environment.
Associate's degree or higher.
Experience with scheduling video conferencing and using software
for electronic signatures.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Work Characteristics:
be familiar with general office procedures and possess the ability
to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications. Ability to communicate effectively and work
cooperatively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student
population. Strong organizational skills; attention to
12.00 - 12.00 per hour
