Title: Temporary- Administrative Assistant (Pool)

Position Summary: To Assist the Vice President for Academic Affairs with efficient operations of that department. May also be deployed to assist other departments within Academic Affairs as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities: Assists with Vice President's daily schedule. Processes mail. Performs general clerical duties. Assists departments within Academic Affairs as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in an office environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher. Experience with scheduling video conferencing and using software for electronic signatures.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Work Characteristics: Must be familiar with general office procedures and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student population. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.

Pay Rate: 12.00 - 12.00 per hour
