Xavier University, a Jesuit Catholic institution, seeks applications for the Ticket Sales Manager position. This position is full time reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director for Sales.

The Ticket Sales Manager will be responsible for making outbound phone calls, developing client relationships, servicing accounts, and meeting with prospective buyers to sell a variety of tickets for the Xavier Athletic Department. Concentration will largely be focused on men’s basketball season, mini-pack and group sales, but there may also be time spent on selling women’s basketball group and season tickets. In addition, there will be some operational office or event management duties required.

The Ticket Sales Manager will go through training to develop a comprehensive knowledge of all product offerings across all sports, and will have the ability to sell any product. The candidate must show an enthusiasm for Xavier Athletics and a passion for sales. Occasional travel off-site to meet with prospects will be required.

The Ticket Sales Manager will also be responsible for reporting on all contacts with customers or prospective customers through the Paciolan platform. The position will receive leads from the Assistant Athletic Director for Sales, and will keep detailed records of contact points and results from those leads. This person will meet with the supervisor weekly to discuss trends and monitor progress.

Required Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Sales experience and/or familiarity with Paciolan platform preferred
