than any law school in the world.
HLS invites applications for one

Professor of
Practice, Transactional Law
A multi-year faculty (professor of practice or visiting professor of practice) appointment of Director to design and oversee implementation of a new, extensive, experiential Transactional Law Workshop which will give students realistic, hands-on experience using and developing the transactional law skill set and knowledge expected of lawyers in a corporate law firm setting, or appropriate for those in banking, private equity or finance. Clinic Faculty Position, WilmerHale Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School
Through six clinics—Consumer Protection, Family Law/Domestic Violence, Low-Income Taxpayer, Housing, LGBTQ+ Advocacy, and Veterans Law and Disability Benefits—and numerous projects and pro bono initiatives, LSC advocates and student attorneys provide essential legal services to community members in Greater Boston. We welcome applicants who have an interest in any one of LSC's six clinical areas of practice and/or in building new practice areas that are connected to one or more of LSC's existing clinics, projects, or initiatives. Clinical Faculty Position, Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program
Working closely with clinical supervisors, law students at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinical Program take the lead in representing low-income immigrants who are fighting deportation and seeking immigration status in the United States and utilize a range of legal advocacy tools on behalf of their clients, including direct representation, impact litigation, policy advocacy, and community outreach.
Clinical Faculty Position, Health Law Clinic at the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation
The Faculty Director works independently and with faculty, staff and students of the Health Law and Policy Clinic and the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation (CHLPI) to teach about and advocate for legal, regulatory, and policy reforms to expand access to high-quality healthcare; to reduce health disparities; and to promote more equitable and effective health and public health systems.
