Job Summary:

The Office of Enrollment Services seeks an Associate Director of Enrollment Services who will provide operational leadership and drive technological advancements as it relates to the admissions process for prospective traditional undergraduate, adult, and graduate students for all campuses and locations. This role will assist and execute the college’s institutional goals by providing an exceptional level of customer service, continually working to remove obstacles and barriers, and meet all critical project and task deadlines in order to positively contribute to enrollment outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience required.

Experience working with relational databases: CRM tools, Microsoft SQL, Salesforce, and Oracle. Experience working with digital documents and document systems: Banner BDM, Adobe, etc.

Essential Functions:
  • Supervise and lead staff while implementing a highly effective customer service culture that focuses on meeting time sensitive issues and deadlines, and creates a positive recruitment and admission experience for prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors. Administer enrollment services customer service initiatives and workflow procedures, including documentation of all related policies and procedures. Manage prospective student/family telephone calls, email, text, and chat with great attention to detail and outstanding level of customer service. Lead and conduct outbound calling campaigns with a focus on graduate and adult/continuing education student populations.
  • Implement administrative, database, and digital document systems and processes that provide enrollment management with well-organized, inclusive, visible and strategic data that enables it to function effectively and strategically. Manage, maintain, implement, and provide ongoing maintenance for all enrollment inquiry and application processing, national and international, as it relates to document and data input, output, import, export, process, evaluation, and dissemination. Collaborate with other campus offices that impact student enrollment.
  • Manage initiatives that support administrative and technical operations, marketing, and communication. Assist in the design, implementation and oversight of enrollment area databases and customer relationship management tool(s), including data integration procedures, for timely processing and accurate reporting.
  • Manage reporting software tools and continually support reporting development and enhancement. Develop, use, and provide ongoing maintenance for external vendor data collection and extraction methods and processes
  • Streamline departmental processes that remove student obstacles, improve turnaround time, and drive new student enrollment, while also maintaining a focus on the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. Strongly focus on automation initiatives while decreasing the need for manual processing. Complete mail fulfillment of undergraduate admissions decision letters and graduate decision emails.

Master’s degree preferred.
