The Department of Economics and Accounting at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for the George J. and Eileen F. White Assistant Professorship in Accounting, a full-time tenure-track appointment, to begin in August 2023. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching and research interests in accounting in the area of auditing, taxation, or finance.
This position carries a 3-2 teaching load with a full-salary one-semester research leave prior to tenure review, and generous sabbatical and fellowship leaves for tenured faculty. Tenure-track faculty are eligible for travel support and reimbursement of relocation costs within the College’s published policies. All full-time appointments offer full benefits. Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching at the introductory and advanced levels as well as scholarly achievement. Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree (for example: DBA, JD with MST/LLM) or anticipated completion by August 2023 required.
