Job Summary:
Manages recruitment efforts to attract diverse and qualified students to the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program through development and implementation of integrated recruitment strategies that support enrollment-related strategic goals. Works closely with the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications. Reports to the Director of Admissions and supervises staff.
Responsibilities:
Assists in admissions policy development and enhancing and implementing the campus-wide strategic marketing and recruitment plan. Helps direct application processing in support of achieving institutional, enrollment-related strategic goals.Supervises staff.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions and/or recruitment required, preferably in higher education.
Required:
-Experience with developing and carrying out recruitment, outreach, and/or communication plans
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-An understanding of a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) tools and platforms to host virtual information sessions
-Ability to tabulate, assess, and present data in an effort to make strategic decisions
-Ability and willingness to travel
-Evening and weekend work may be required
Preferred:
-Supervisory experience
-Knowledge of the higher education recruitment cycle and best practices in recruiting, admitting, and enrolling students
