Administrative Assistant I – Financial Aid

The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth is seeking applicants for an Administrative Assistant I in the Financial Aid
Office. This incumbent will provide administrative support and assistance to the Financial Aid Office. Additional duties
include, but are not limited to: providing customer service pertaining to financial aid including traditional and alternative
financing; serving as liaison to outside state, federal and private agencies; delivering a high level of customer service
support between Financial Aid and the Enrollment Management Division, as well as students, staff and faculty; and aiding
with processing functions for financial aid services and programs. This incumbent will also perform data entry work as
required and assist with correspondence.
