Department Statement
This position is full-time, 12 months and is currently funded to June 30, 2024. Accountabilities
This role is accountable for building the systematic foundation for transfer articulation in Banner. To this end, this role will: record accurate information about transfer eligible institutions in Banner; ensure data entered is consistent with federally available information ( IPEDS ) and that discrepancies are justified; accurately record equivalencies for all previously approved transfer courses in Banner and TES ; ensure all course denials are recorded and tracked in TES ; develop a student-friendly resource for previously reviewed courses and their potential eligibility for transfer credit going forward. Professional Experience/ Qualifications
Two years of experience in a registrar’s office.

Experience working with Banner or related Student Information System.

Familiarity with policies, procedures, laws and regulations pertaining to institutions of higher education and experience in evaluating national and international college transcripts. Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience with transfer credit processing, preferably in Banner. Education
