The HR Generalist will support the department in providing a full range of administrative and clerical human resource services. The role administers benefits, leaves of absence, employee changes and employee engagement programs. The HR Generalist is responsible for maintaining employee files (paper and electronic) and HR databases which includes processing numerous employee transactions. Must be able to handle high volume, complicated transactions. Must be able to work in a hybrid environment including being supervised in a hybrid manner.
