Primary Purpose of Position:
The Director will manage and direct the School of Law's information technology (IT) operations, ensuring that the IT department provides efficient and effective technical support service to faculty, staff, and students. The Director will supervise four technology analysts. The Director will work with relative vendors and other stakeholders to make sure that the technology in the law school is maintained and upgraded.

Minimum Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field. 1-2 years working in a higher education environment. 1-2 years of supervisory experience.



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems
•Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
•Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
•Solid working knowledge of educational technology software
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Team oriented
