Job Summary

MBA -503-Marketing Management:
This course is designed to examine the scope of marketing and the assessment of marketing opportunities in the current global business environment.

Essential Functions

In particular, the course will focus on the development of marketing mix strategies as they relate to the firm146s overall strategic marketing plan, implementation, control, and effectiveness.
Topics include: target market definition and analysis, segmentation, competitor analysis, strategic decisions involved in developing the marketing program, consumer buyer behavior, business to business marketing, global business, the role of marketing research and marketing information systems in the marketing decision-making process.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• As assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• MBA or higher degree.
• Some college teaching experience.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Employee is subject to indoor work, protected from weather conditions. Work is sedentary in nature and involves exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently/constantly in order to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move object.

Work Hours

• Flexibility relative to teaching schedule.
• Be available for meetings with accounting and finance professors a few times during the semester.
