MBA -550 Cultural Diversity in Organizations
This course examines the nature and role of culture and diversity in the workplace, ways to successfully leverage diversity, the implications of diversity for business operations, and understanding cultural differences in light of the global economy

Essential Functions

Students will perform a comprehensive diversity analysis of a chosen organization and craft recommendations based on the analysis. In addition, they will create personal profiles and increase sensitivity to personal issues that affect the workplace.

Minimum Qualifications
  • MBA or higher degree.
  • Some college teaching experience.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Employee is subject to indoor work, protected from weather conditions. Work is sedentary in nature and involves exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently/constantly in order to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move object.

Work Hours
  • Flexibility relative to teaching schedule.
  • Be available for meetings with accounting and finance professors a few times during the semester.
