2nd Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an 2nd Assistant Women's Soccer Coach in the Athletics department. This position is currently funded for the 2022-2023 fiscal year (July - June).

The candidate would be expected to: perform videotaping of all practice/games, uploading film per conference bylaws, creating clips for individual players and small groups by position; recruitment of prospects through compilation of names and contact information, and attendance at events; coordination of official visits' paperwork and current students' schedules; provide counseling, as appropriate, for academic, social and soccer issues for all current soccer students; coordinate any issues with Head Coach on a need-to-know basis; develop constant communication with alumni; create and distribute newsletter via email and other evolving social media technologies.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree, Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence, CPR and NCAA recruiting certification must be attained within six months from date of hire

Required Skills or Software:
Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence

Required Years of Experience:

Soccer coaching and/or playing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Soccer coaching and/or playing experience at the Division I level. Recruiting experience.
