The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Office of Admissions Services is seeking an Admissions Coordinator Special Programs and Data Management. This position is a part-time, hybrid position.

Admissions Coordinator Special Programs and Data Management:
Responsible for processing and completing applications for a select number of programs. Includes, checking in new applications for program requirements, communicating with applicants and academic coordinators on missing requirements, timeline to complete application and reports to departments. In conjunction with Associate Director, Operations helps to maintain management of data and data points to enhance efficiencies, business practices and operational efficiencies to support enrollment goals.


Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Process and complete applications for a select number of programs.
• Release decisions in CRM System daily.
• Update decisions in WebAdMIT daily.
• Assist Associate Director, Operations with managing deferrals.
• Assist Associate Director, Operations with make aware process.
• Assist with data monitoring, including but not limited to resolving duplicates in SIS and Slate daily.
• Each spring and summer will assist with SOPHAS configuration. This will include updates to designations, managing users and workgroups, and updates and changes to checklist and review forms.
• Each spring and summer assist with Slate Cycle Prep.
• Set up JIRAS and manage testing of interface between Slate, SIS and coordinate testing with external departments including Financial Aid, Office of International Services and Registrar.
• Manage the reconciliation of OnBase and applicant records in Slate
• In consultation with Associate Director, responsible for maintaining policy and procedures for programs, decision release, duplicate configuration, testing of programs and OnBase documentation.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
• High School Diploma / GED Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Minimum 4 years progressively responsible admissions/higher education administrative experience
• Previous experience maintaining systems
• Demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and detailed reporting
• Should possess attention to detail and ability to organize effectively
• Must have ability to analyze data trends
• Must have strong technology skills and experience and the ability to manage an application database. Preferred experience with WebAdMIT and Slate.

* JHU Equivalency Formula: 18 graduate degree credits (semester hours) may substitute for one year of experience. For jobs where equivalency is permitted, up to two years of non-related college course work may be applied towards the total minimum education/experience required for the respective job.

    Client service-oriented individual with outstanding written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with prospective students from a variety of backgrounds Knowledge of international student perspectives and needs Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience with SIS, Slate, WebAdMIT is a plus
