Senior-Level Position in Strategic Management

The Management Department of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of
Massachusetts Amherst is seeking applicants for a senior-level tenure-track position in the area
of Strategic Management. The rank is associate/full with a start date set for September 2023.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Management or a related discipline and be an Associate or Full
Professor with tenure at their current institution. Applicants should possess the leadership
abilities required to help shape the intellectual agenda within the Department of Management
and contribute meaningfully to school-level strategic needs. Candidates must have expertise in
providing quality teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Potential or demonstrated
ability to teach in both face-to-face and distance education formats to MBA students with
considerable work experience is highly desirable. The selected candidate would further be
expected to contribute to the growth of the department and the professional development of
early-career faculty.
