Gannon University, a Catholic university, invites applications for
an Assistant Director of Athletics for Internal Operations. This
position is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations
including regular- and post-season event management; athletic
equipment room; facilities and scheduling; and has direct sport
oversight. The successful candidate will assist and advise the
Associate Director of Athletics, must be able to comply with the
NCAA, PSAC, and University rules and regulations, and be available
to work nights and weekends. Must be able to support and promote
the University's Mission.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree (masters preferred); two-to-four years of related experience or involvement in event, gameday, equipment and facility management and scheduling; and internal operations in a college athletic setting. Effective communication and organizational skills, knowledge of facility and equipment management, and experience supervising staff are required. Must have a current valid driver's license in good standing.
